Reservations: It is suggested to reserve dates at least 2 weeks in advance. For dates that include a holiday, 1 month in advance is suggested to allow for availability. However, emergencies and last minute trips do arise and we will do our best to accommodate those requests.  

Payment: For new clients a 50% deposit is due during the initial consultation with the remaining balance due at the start of the first service. For existing customers, payment in full is due at the start of the first service. For Reservations made that include a holiday, payment in full is due 2 weeks prior to the start of service.

Holidays: Major holidays are subject to a $5.00 per visit surcharge. Overnight sleepovers will incur a $10.00 per night surcharge.

Hours: Hours of operation are from 7:30 a.m. –9:00 p.m. Monday – Sunday

Keys: Pet sitter requires a copy of two keys to your home, with one serving as a backup in the event of an emergency with your usual sitter. Sitter prefers to retain your keys on file for future services or those last minute needs you may have; however, in the event you want your keys returned an additional pick up/drop off fee will apply.
